Advice for Mr. O' Brien: come up with a job-creation program very soon, or Mr. Welvaert will beat you to the punch! Also, come up with creative ways the city can save taxdollars (energy conservation?). It's jobs, jobs, jobs, Mr. O'Brien. Best wishes!
Well, as expected, the Republicans in Moline are uniting behind their candidate in this so-called non-partisan race. Well, I think Pat O'Brien needs to tell the citizens of Moline where he stands on the issue of Don Welvaert's blatant conflict of interest. He's a manager at MidAmerican Energy, just when utility costs are skyrocketing for Moline taxpayers.
Is he going to push creative energy conservation programs?
