Veepstakes

John McSame gave pundits something else to kill time with recently by raising the issue of his beginning the process of selecting a vice presidential candidate.

This is an interesting diversion.

I'd like to see Condi Rice. Mainly so it could give the press a reason to finally examine her astoundingly incompetent and poor performance as both National Security Advisor and Secretary of State, as well as her jaw-dropping attempts to obfuscate and mislead, such as her famous statement that "no one could have imagined" terrorists using aircraft as weapons, this despite the revelation of many memos and threat statements spelling out specifically the threat that terrorists were planning such attacks.

Or maybe Mitt Romney. It could be good timing to bring him into the campaign on the heels of the on-going pedophile activities of a fundamentalist branch of the Mormon church located in .... Texas, of course. (The two states which elected Bushes are far and above the most insane states in the country. Coincidence? Yes.)

Perhaps McCain should appoint Dick Cheney to head his VP search committee, thus ensuring that he'd pick himself again.

McCain/Cheney... why not? They're pretty copacetic as far as their views.

Who do you think would be a good choice for McCain's vice president?

It's important, in light of McCain's advanced age.

Hillary thinks he is more qualified that Barack Obama to be President... Maybe she'll heed his call.
I can see it now...
McCain/Clinton... because it's owed to them.

Sue, yeah, I can see it now. Instead of Camp David, the second White House will be at Walter Reed.

I get this picture of Cheney and McCain standing on the White House lawn shouting, "Get off my lawn!" "No, YOU get off MY lawn!"

And Craig.. spookily enough, the McCain/Clinton ticket has actually been something that's been floated by pundits. It makes my skin crawl.

Not the idea of some silly symbolic nod to bipartisanship, but that the country would finally find out just how little difference there is between the Dem establishment and the Republican establishment.

They're both of, by, and for the corporations. And of course, war is good for corporations.

I don't know that it matters - Obama has the Pastor Disaster to deal with and it'll kill him in November.

With that said, McCain/ Rice is a landslide winner.

Rice is FAR MORE qualified to be President than Obama.

Hardly anyone cares about Rev. Wright anymore except Portforker. By November, he'll be the only one. If Wright were allied with McCain, Orlville would either be championing him or pooh-poohing him.
