Since Robertson's a good friend of Bush's maybe it was a favor to make that statement.
It takes attention away from the awful disaster of the Bush presidency.
I noticed its getting harder and harder for Dave to blog in and defend Chimpy!!
Even right wing wacko Bill O'Reily is turning on Bush!
Know not only is the United States bogged down in the Middle East with no exit strategy or plan that anyone knows about.
High fuel prices are crashing the economy, the border with Mexico now has roving groups of Minutemen that are forcing the federal goverment to actually give a shit about patrolling the border.
Futher exausting already strained,in debt federal dollars.
I'm sure the INS and the Bush administration want nothing to do with controlling the border.
Look for another amnisty annoucement ala Ronald Reagen to let another 10 million illegals in.

This next one should be an easy win for you. You can now relax.

I'm sure it will be. The Republicans will act like they are religious and care about black people like they do right before the election to pick up some jellfish swing voters.
But it ain;t gonna get it this time.
He is the Jimmy Carter if the Republican party electoraly that is.
Jimmy was actually a decent man .
Sorry Jimmy!

Isn't Kurtenbach the replacement for Jeremiah Posedell? Budget constraints usually mean Evans hires very young folks out of college, and that's probably what's going on.

Anyone besides me at the Mike Jacobs event the other night? Seemed like a pretty sparse crowd to me. Not very well attended and an expensive ticket at the door $40 bucks.

I almost didn't go but wanted to see if he had a lot of support here in the quads other than the big lobby guys who have written big checks thanks to his dad.

Probably one of the smallest turnouts I have seen for anyone lately. Wonder what that means?

Indy: I must say for a Freshman Senator, I would have to say a very good crowd was at Mike's Fundraiser. 3/4ths of the elected officials in RI County, representatives from Lane Evans office, Porter Mcneil and his beautiful wife, Jerry Lack and his beautiful girlfriend, represtantatives from the NRA, SBC, and other lobbyist, Senator John Cullerrton (perhaps the future leader of the state senate) Rep. Verschoore, good old demos from the upper end, Judge Lytton and his father, no it was a pretty good showing for Mike. Of course you can expect a slight drop off from denny's, but all in all, a very good crowd.

Where were those Democrats? I only saw mainly Republicans there at Jacobs event.

When Denny held it there were always Republicans but so many Dems that you didn't notice. Just the opposite seemed the case with Mike Jacobs first event.
