Former state Senator Denny Jacobs reportedly suffers chest pain, enters hospital
TID has received a report that former state senator Denny Jacobs is reportedly again suffering from chest pains which doctors are at a loss to explain. He reportedly was considering traveling to the Mayo Clinic and may have already done so.
I'm sure I share the wishes of many in extending to both Denny and his family hopes for a quick diagnosis, successfully treatment and a speedy and comfortable recovery.

I saw Denny and Mike Jacobs at Franks Pizza last night. Where do you get your crazy information from.

Mr. Jacobs is recovering from a bout of pneumonia last month (according to one of his family members that I know).
My understanding is that Mister Jacobs has had another heart attack like the one that he had in Springfield that caused him to leave office last year. I am a great admirer of Denny Jacobs and all of the noise about him giving his son his job were unfounded. He has had these heart problems for over a year and to make them out to be nothing but pneumonia is a misrepresentation.
I hope that Denny gets these issues under control and can regain an active life as he has in the past.
Hang in there Denny.
I just got off the phone with his daughter who said Denny had been recovering from pneumonia earlier this month. He was hospitalized the end January.
I understand that Denny got great treatment at the hospital and that there is a great respitory therapist at the hospital.

I wonder if they are now allowing email in the mental ward.
It seems obvious that many people are willfully lying about former Sen. Jacobs health.
The lie that they saw him at Franks, the conflicting reports about his condition, etc.
Obviously, and regretfully, there are those who are all too willing to simply make up and send in bald faced lies for very weird motives, either in a misguided attempt to cast doubt on my report or for other reasons.
The irony is that these are the same people who constantly accuse me of printing false information, despite the fact that my facts hold up, while theirs are clearly lies.
I was at Franks pizza Friday and I can confirm that Denny and Mike Jacobs were there and that they were eating pizza. I had chicken and sat one table away. It is good to see them both with common people like myself.
This is not a lie and I think a call to Franks will show this to be true.
I'll take you at your word that they were there last Friday. I have no way to prove otherwise. But I also trust my source that says Denny was feeling ill.
The bottom line is that he's feeling better.
My father Denny Jacobs is completely healthy. The doctors told him he could live another 20 years, so get use to it. I am his daughter Liz Fredrickson from Tampa Florida. I talked to him today and he helps me through all my health problems.
