As much as I appreciate this as a new way to check the blogs why did I get some wierd pop up with chinese characters after clicking on the link? Anyone else have that happen? The window had a close button so that's what I did for fear of viruses...
The link works for me, but not sure about others? Anyone else having problems?
Most of QC Online is available only to those who subscribe to the print version of the Dispatch/Argus or the QC Online ISP or who pay about $50/yr for it.
I assume that this page is available to all, though I'm not certain.

Yes, the page is open and available to everyone.
Have no clue why there'd be a pop up with weird characters. Haven't seen anything like like on any of several computers I've used over the past several days to access the page.
