Spied this cuddly specimen on the rip rap near the abandoned boat launch area adjacent to the future WIU riverfront project along River Drive in Moline.
But not all was rats and dead fish. In addition to copious amounts of waste, the many ducks and geese who congregate along the parkway leave some delicate downy feathers as well.
