I don't know if HRC are his actual initials or they stand for something else, but I'm pretty sure it's not Hillary Rodham Clinton.
It's the person who writes 50 Miles Out of the Loop, and he (or she) is good... very good.
I'm jealous.
He lives in Denny Hastert's district and bangs on him like a drum, often hilariously. I'd mentioned this blog a while ago, but just gave it a read and felt it deserved another mention
