What is amazing to me is that many Americans find Bush's certainty and lack of intellectual curiousity to be attractive and appealing character traits and feel good about having a leader who is so sure of himeself even when they think they may disagree with him.
I don't find his certainty to be reassuring at all. His foreign policy is making us less safe and secure. If your leader is leading you over a cliff you should hope that something will shake his confidence in himself.
