Sound, common sense advise

What Beydler says.
Three items are critical:

1. Get the hacks out of FEMA.

2. Make sure the $62.5 billion-and-growing in government relief money is well spent.

3. Re-examine the structure of the cobbled-together Department of Homeland Security.
