Badbreath, you have no leg to stand on as far as demanding hard data before making assertions.
The fact of the matter is that anyone with an ounce of common sense would realize that many of the millions driving around sporting the faux-patriotic little imported ribbon magnets on their vehicles would certainly balk at sending their flesh and blood into the meatgrinder of Iraq.
That doesn't require hard data, just an ounce of sense, as the alternative, and one which you evidently are arguing for, is that EVERY SINGLE ONE of the people with those silly ribbons on their vehicles would be glad if their loved ones shipped out to Iraq.
That of course is a ridiculous notion.
So don't smart off unless you're actually being smart.
