Two Silvis men charged with an April 17 shooting in East Moline have pleaded innocent and had their trials set for June 27.
Cory Lamar Butler, 21, of 334 9th St., and Devin L. Ramos, 19, of 515 8th Ave., are each charged in Rock Island County Circuit Court with a felony count of aggravated battery with a firearm.
According to police, the victim was shot in the neck and leg about 11:30 p.m. April 17 at a home he was visiting in the 1300 block of 17th Street. Police said his leg was amputated the day after the shooting.
