The QC Times is reporting that a ban on gay marriage has passed the Iowa House of Representitives, but though they have a banner headline at their site, they haven't posted the story as yet.
Scalia's a piece of work. Lord help us if he ascends to Chief Justice. He also thinks is a hoot to fly with Dick Cheney, who had a case before the court, and spend some quality time shooting captive birds. Nope, no appearance of conflict of interest there.
